Reflexology is the art of natural healing!

Reflexology is a natural non-invasive complementary therapy that uses the application of pressure to specific points in the hands, ears, face, or feet to promote natural healing. There are 7200 nerve endings in each foot that correspond to different organs and body systems. By stimulating the nerve endings in the ears, hands, face, or feet, messages are sent along the nerve pathways to the various organs and body systems. Through this communication, reflexology sends a calming message from the peripheral nerves in these points to the central nervous system, telling the corresponding body part/organ to relax, improving circulation and helping promote the natural function of the related organs and body systems.
Reflexology works to treat existing energy imbalances in the body, encouraging the body
to heal itself.

Structural Reflexology

Vs

Lymphatic Drainage

Structural Reflexology® combines detailed foot assessment, reflexology techniques, and targeted muscle and ligament release work. This restorative approach helps reduce tension, realign the feet, and restore comfort and natural function. By relaxing both the long and short foot muscles and releasing ligament strain, Structural Reflexology promotes smoother joint movement and more balanced mobility.

Benefits include:

  • Enhanced joint flexibility and alignment in the feet

  • Improved balance and weight distribution

  • Better blood flow and nerve function throughout the body

  • Relief from muscle and joint tension

  • Increased strength, vitality, and overall stability

Primary goals:

  • Reduce stress in the feet and body

  • Relieve muscle and joint strain

  • Restore comfortable, natural movement

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award-winning technique that stimulates lymphatic reflexes on the feet to support the body's natural lymphatic function. Developed by Sally Kay during her work in cancer care, this gentle and effective method helps reduce tension, enhance circulation, and promote balance. RLD may also assist with conditions such as arthritis, sinus issues, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, headaches, and muscular discomfort.
